Master Choa Kok Sui described Meditation on Twin Hearts as a transformative practice that promotes both personal and global healing. As stated in his book, The Ancient Art and Science of Pranic Healing (1992, pp. 227-239), this meditation is a “powerful tool in bringing about world peace.” He encourages everyone to share this technique freely, provided proper credit is given.

This guide will walk you through the steps of this meditation, which takes around 20 minutes and can be practiced with a guided audio recording. Remember, meditation affects people differently—stop immediately if you feel any discomfort or adverse effects.

How To Do Twin Hearts Meditation: Step-by-Step Guide

This meditation should be done by following the guided audio of the master. The steps below are given for your understanding, followed by the wordings or the lyrics of the meditation. Before you start the meditation, ensure to get the meditation audio.

  1. Prepare with Physical Exercises: Before meditating, do light physical exercises for 5–10 minutes to cleanse your energy body. These movements release used-up energy (greyish prana) and help prevent energy blockages that may occur during meditation. Skipping this step may lead to pranic congestion, so it’s not optional.
  2. Get Comfortable: Sit in a relaxed, upright position. You can sit cross-legged on the floor or on a chair with your back straight and feet flat on the ground. Rest your hands on your lap, palms facing upward.
  3. Invoke Divine Blessings: Begin by asking for divine protection, guidance, and help in your meditation. The exact words are up to you, depending on your faith or belief system. This step ensures safety while channeling higher energies.
  4. Touch the Tongue to the Palate: Keep your tongue gently touching the roof of your mouth throughout the meditation. This helps energy circulate more effectively in your body.
  5. Activate the Heart Chakra: Lightly press the center of your chest (heart area) for a few seconds. Recall a joyful memory and smile inwardly at your heart chakra to activate it.
  6. Activate the Crown Chakra: Similarly, press the top of your head and think of a happy moment. Smile at your crown chakra to awaken it.
  7. Bless the Earth from the Heart Chakra: Raise your hands with palms facing outward and imagine the Earth as a small ball in front of you. Visualize loving, pinkish-blue light radiating from your heart, enveloping the planet. As you bless the Earth, imagine peace, joy, and harmony spreading across the globe. Avoid directing energy toward individuals, as the meditation’s intense energy could overwhelm them.
  8. Bless the Earth from the Crown Chakra: Now visualize brilliant white light flowing from your crown chakra through your hands, blessing the Earth. Maintain the same positive feelings of love and kindness.
  9. Combine Both Chakras: Bless the Earth simultaneously with golden light from both your heart and crown chakras. Feel the alignment of these two energy centers as you share love, light, and peace.
  10. Enter a State of Illumination: Focus on a brilliant point of light above your head while silently chanting the mantra “OM” (or “Amen”/“Amin,” depending on your preference). Pay attention to the moments of silence between the chants, allowing your consciousness to expand. This practice can lead to an intense feeling of inner light and peace.
  11. Release Excess Energy: After meditating, release any excess energy by blessing the Earth again for a few minutes. This prevents energy congestion, which could cause discomfort like headaches or chest tightness. Direct blessings toward nations or organizations rather than individuals.
  12. Ground Yourself: Anchor your energy by focusing on the base of your spine and visualizing energy flowing deep into the Earth. Imagine divine light filling the planet, and bless Mother Earth with gratitude and love.
  13. Give Thanks: End your meditation by expressing gratitude for the divine blessings received. Use words that resonate with your beliefs.
  14. Massage and Exercise: To help your body assimilate the energy, repeat the physical exercises you did before meditating. Massage your body to release leftover energy and prevent congestion, which could otherwise weaken your physical health over time. If you still feel “spaced out,” do another set of exercises.

Twin Hearts Meditation Wordings /Lyrics/Script (English)

Let us invoke the Divine God. Divine Father and Divine Mother, we thank you for your great blessings. To the holy teachers, all the masters, all the saints, all the great ones, beings of love and light, the archangels, healing angels, and healing ministers, we offer our gratitude. We thank Master Choa Kok Sui and Maharajji for their guidance and blessings. Thank you all in full faith.

Think of a happy event and smile—recall a fantastic moment, perhaps involving your baby, child, children, partner, a place, a situation, or an experience. Smile at this memory.

Raise your hands to chest level in a blessing position and visualize the Earth as a small ball in front of your heart. Mentally say:

“Lord God, make me an instrument and channel of your peace. Where there is hatred, let me sow love.”

Allow yourself to become a channel of peace, love, and forgiveness. Bless those who are fighting—people, families, groups, and countries. Mentally say,

“I forgive and I ask forgiveness to those whom I’ve hurt by my actions, feelings, words, and thoughts. I forgive and I ask forgiveness if I’ve hurt anyone at any point in time and space.”

Where there is injury, let there be pardon. Where there is despair, let there be hope. Where there is doubt, let there be faith. Be a channel of hope and faith. Bless those who are less fortunate, such as the sick, the dying, the homeless, the hungry, and those with broken relationships. Where there is darkness, let there be light. Where there is sadness, let there be joy.

Be aware of your heart and mentally say: “From the heart of God, let the planet Earth be blessed with love, kindness, great joy, happiness, harmony, sweetness, tenderness, and divine peace. Let the planet Earth be blessed with goodwill and the will to do good.” Continue to smile and bless.

Now, focus on your heart and crown. Mentally say:

“From the heart of God, let every person and every being be blessed without exception with loving kindness, great joy, happiness, harmony, sweetness, tenderness, and divine peace.” Bless your families and loved ones with inner healing, inner beauty, and divine oneness with God and all. May all be blessed.

Visualize a light above your crown and focus on it. I will now chant the mantra Om. Be aware of the light and stillness as you listen: Om… Om… Om… Allow yourself to feel the peace, love, and divine energy. Let go and immerse yourself in the energy of divine peace.

Gently move your fingers and toes as you come back to waking consciousness. Raise your hands again to chest level and bless the Earth. Let Mother Earth be blessed with divine light, love, and power. Bless your family with divine light, love, power, guidance, health, and protection. Bless your homes, work, businesses, finances, projects, or any person or situation you want to bless.

With deep gratitude, we offer our thanks to Divine God, Divine Father, and Divine Mother for your great blessings. To the holy teachers, all the masters, saints, great ones, beings of love and light, we offer our respect and love. We thank Master Choa Kok Sui, Maharajji, the archangels, healing angels, and healing ministers. Thank you with full faith, gratitude, and love.

Gently open your eyes with a big smile, and you may now start your day.
