Cancellation, Refund, & Return Policy
- Session or Course Fees: These fees are non-refundable. However, we will initiate a full refund in 15 days if there is an issue with the payment on the server side.
- Class Registration Refunds: Refunds for event registration fees will be issued only in exceptional cases or when the event is canceled.
- Physical Product Refunds: We can only refund in case you have a video showing that the product arrived damaged.
- Audio Product Refunds: Audio affirmation, once bought, cannot be refunded. Please ensure that you discuss any concerns before making a purchase.
- Processing Time: Refund processing may take up to 15 days from the date of the approved request.
- Refund Procedure: To request a refund, please send a written request to [email protected] with the subject line “Refund Request—[Event/Service Name].” Include the following details in your refund request:
- Full Name
- Transaction ID
- Event/Service Name
- Reason for Refund
- Any supporting documentation
- Denied Refunds: Divine Bliss reserves the right to deny refund requests based on the circumstances of the request.

Modification of Refund Policy
Divine Bliss reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on our website.
By participating in membership or events, or services offered by Divine Bliss, members and participants acknowledge and agree to abide by this refund policy.
