Wesak Purification

This session focuses on preparing for Wesak through various energetic cleansing techniques. Shweta guided participants through a series of purification practices, including forgiveness work, cord cutting from the soul minor chakra, and the use of blue triangles for removing negative energies and blockages. The session covered specific techniques for cutting unauthorized cords from different chakras, including the solar plexus, heart, and lungs, with participants practicing visualization and energy scanning. The session also introduced breathing exercises and explained the importance of daily salt and coffee baths for purification over the next six days.
